Ralf Schermuly

Ralf Schermuly (born April 20, 1942 in Gelsenkirchen ; † June 2, 2017 in Berlin ) was a German film, theater and television actor and voice actor .

Life

Schermuly received his acting training from 1959 to 1962 at the Folkwang School in Essen. From 1962 to 1964 he was engaged at the Wuppertaler Bühnen , 1964 to 1968 at the Staatliche Schauspielbühnen Berlin and 1969 to 1975 at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg.

Since then he has been a freelance actor who has made guest appearances on numerous stages. He made his directorial debut at the Thalia Theater in 1981 with Václav Havel's audience .

Schermuly was also seen more often on television, especially in the crime series Der Kommissar , Der Alte and Derrick produced by Helmut Ringelmann for ZDF .

As a voice actor he lent his voice to Michael Sarrazin (Green Eyes in the Night) and James Woods ( Holocaust - The Story of the White Family ), among others .
