Rapu-Rapu is a municipality in the Albay Province of the Philippines . It has 36,920 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census).

It consists of the three islands Guinangayan , Batan and Rapu-Rapu Island itself, on which the administration of the municipality is located. The three islands delimit the Gulf of Lagonoy and the Gulf of Albay .
