The Rauheck (also Rauhegg ) is a 2384 meter high mountain in the Allgäu Alps near Oberstdorf . The border between Germany and Austria runs over the summit .
Ascent
The summit can be reached in four ways. The climb can be over
- the Oytal over the Älplesattel ,
- the Dietersbachtal , also over the Älplesattel,
- the ice lake above the Käseralp
and
- the cross corner
respectively.
