Reformed Church Peist
The Reformed Church in Peist in Schanfigg is a Protestant - Reformed church under the monument of the canton of Grisons .
History and equipment
The church is first documented in 1487 under the patronage of Saints Calixt and Florinus . Peist accepted the Reformation relatively early in 1530 and bought himself off from the episcopal court in Chur after the turmoil in Graubünden in 1657 .
The Peister Church is the only one in Schanfigg with an onion dome on the church tower .
The focus of much of the nave remote choir standing font , at the same time as a communion table is used. By a sound cover spruce pulpit , both embellished with rich carving is attached to the border of choral and ship. The Metzler - organ from 1924 has nine register on two manuals and pedal , it has pneumatic tracker action .

The Evangelical Reformed Regional Church of Graubünden leads Peist, which is in pastoral fellowship with St. Peter-Pagig and Molinis , as a parish within the Colloquium VI Schanfigg-Churwalden .
