RFH (Regionalfernsehen Harz) (originally TV Harz ) is a regional television station in the Harz , Salzlandkreis and Goslar districts . The transmission area includes the cities of Halberstadt , Quedlinburg , Wernigerode , Aschersleben , Blankenburg , Benzingerode , Heimburg and Goslar .
history
In 1996 a teletext information system was launched in the cities of Blankenburg, Quedlinburg and Oberhasserode. In October 1997, the first programs were broadcast under the name TV Harz . In the following year there were already broadcasts twice a week. With the renaming in 2000 to RFH (regional television Harz), the broadcasting area is also extended to the urban area of Aschersleben. A restructuring of the program took place in 2001, since then RFH has been updated five times a week and RFH sport twice a week . In 2002 the approval for regular broadcasting (broadcasting license) was granted, and in 2008 it was extended for a further five years. In 2006 the transmission area will also be extended to Lower Saxony and Goslar will be connected.

In the 30-minute program "RFH aktuell", which runs on the hour from Tuesdays to Saturdays, viewers are informed about news from the region, events, etc. The rest of the time, magazines such as Full TV, Mos Green World, Cinema News TV, continuous advertising and teleshopping offers run .
