Reichenberg is a district of the municipality Märkische Höhe in the Märkisch-Oderland district in Brandenburg . The official business of the place is carried out by the Neuhardenberg office .
history
The place was first mentioned in a document as Richenberg in 1335 in connection with the Cistercian monastery Chorin . Before 1412, Reichenberg came into the possession of the von Pfuel family . From 1484 to 1777 the village was owned by the von Barfus family . In 1719 the Vorwerk Stobberow was built , named after the Slavic name of Stobber . Renamed Julianenhof from 1801 , it is now part of the village.

Culture and sights
In the list of architectural monuments in Märkische Höhe are the monuments of the place entered in the list of monuments of the state of Brandenburg.
These include the early Gothic stone church and the manor complex with mansion and park as well as the farmyard. The village church has a multi-storey altarpiece from the 16th century. The Julianenhof Bat Museum is located in the Julianenhof .
