Ren Xiujuan
Ren Xiujuan ( Chinese 任秀娟 , Pinyin Rén Xiùjuān ; born September 14, 1974 in Dalian ) is a Chinese long-distance runner .
In 1995 and 1996 she won the Beijing Marathon . In the marathon of the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996 she finished ninth, and shortly afterwards she won the World Half Marathon Championships in Palma with a time of 1:10:39 h.
At the World Athletics Championships in 1997 , she was fifth over this distance.
In the marathon of the Olympic Games 2000 in Sydney she came in tenth place. The following year she came third in the Beijing Marathon.
