history

The first written mention can be traced back to 1480. Originally the place was called Rajpach and Rejpach . This name is derived from the German and is probably derived from Reichenbach , some sources give Rehbach as the origin. In the 16th and 17th centuries the place was called Rohrbach. In 1569 Rohrbach was described as desolate. In 1716 a glassworks was built on the site of the extinct village. A glassmaking settlement was built around the hut, which expanded into a village. The new settlers were Germans. The place was known as Repechi , Reppech , Repech and finally Repechy . The oldest place seal of Repechi comes from the year 1754.

During the German occupation, the village was renamed Rohrbach again in 1939 . The forests east of the village in 1941 became part of the Wischau military training area . The Březina military training area was built in its place in 1951 , and the eastern parts of the municipal cadastre were connected to the military area. In 1960 Repechy became part of the municipality of Bousín. In 1991 the place had 31 inhabitants. In 2001 the village consisted of 44 houses in which 19 people lived.
