Sir Richard Wakefield Goodbody , GCB , KBE , DSO (* 12. April 1903 , † 29. Life

After attending the renowned Rugby School, founded in 1567, Goodbody completed an officer training course at the Royal Military Academy Woolwich and after graduating in 1923 initially became an officer in the Royal Artillery before he switched to the Royal Horse Artillery in 1927 .
