Richard Reisig

Franz Gustav Richard Reisig (born January 15, 1876 in Dresden ; † after 1941) was a German teacher and lecturer at the Pedagogical Institute of the University of Leipzig .

Life

After visiting the Kgl. Lehrerseminars Dresden- Friedrichstadt was Reisig from 1896 to 1899 auxiliary teacher at the elementary school in Leuben , then 1899-1901 teacher at the 18th district school in Dresden. From 1903 to 1906 he studied education , philosophy , German language and geography at the University of Leipzig . Then he was a teacher and lecturer in Rochlitz and Leipzig, most recently at the Pedagogical Institute in Leipzig for the training of elementary school teachers . In the German subject, he edited central textbooks for both language and literature lessons. In November 1933 he signed the German professors' confession of Adolf Hitler .
