Rick Malambri (born November 7, 1982 in Florida ) is an American actor , dancer and model . He gained greater fame through the lead role of Luke Katcher in the dance film Step Up 3D .

Life

Rick Malambri is the son of Jeannie Marie Malambri (née Egleston) and Timothy Michael Malambri. Rick Malambri began his career as a model for Abercrombie & Fitch in 2004 and has since made several front covers for major magazines. After moving to New York , Malambri also worked as a dancer. His acting career began with small roles in television series in 2007 until he also appeared in films in 2010.

Rick Malambri has been married to fellow model and actor Lisa Mae since 2010. The couple live in Los Angeles . In December 2013, their daughter, Alyx Brooke, was born.
