Rise 2: Resurrection

Rise 2: Resurrection is a fighting game , which in 1996 by Acclaim was published. The game developed by Mirage is the successor to Rise of the Robots .

Gameplay

After the cyborg Cotton defeated his opponent, the supervisor , in the predecessor , there is now a new conflict. After the scientists of the Group Electrocorp incorrectly emanated from death Cottons they infect the remaining robot with anarchy - computer virus detach them from the control of the supervisor. At some point, the robots started a war against each other and cut their connection to the Neuronet . Cotton now has to intervene again in order to render the out of control robots harmless. The end of the game is open and leaves room for interpretation.

Remarks

The Queen guitarist Brian May played the music for the character Cyborg and thus contributed part of the soundtrack . An expanded version is included in some of the band's later music albums .
