Rivière Mingan is a 117 km long river in the Côte-Nord administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .

The Rivière Mingan River flows in a south-south-west direction through the regional county town of Minganie to the Gulf of Saint Lawrence . He takes on the Rivière Mingan Nord-Ouest coming from the right . Eventually the river flows into the sea 30 km west of Havre-Saint-Pierre . At its mouth is the Mingan Innu Reserve .

The river has a catchment area of 2344 km² and an average discharge of 56 m³ / s.

The river is used for salmon fishing .
