The Rivière Moe is a left tributary of the Rivière aux Saumons in the Estrie administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .
It rises at the foot of Mont Hereford . From there it flows past Saint-Herménégilde in a northerly direction through the regional county town of Coaticook . The river passes the village of Moe's River and finally flows into the lower reaches of the Rivière aux Saumons, a tributary of the Rivière Massawippi, at Milby - 10 km southeast of Sherbrooke. The Rivière Moe has a length of about 30 km. At Milby, the covered bridge Pont de Milby spans the river.
The name of the river is derived from Austin Moe , who settled in the area in 1795 and helped found what is now Sherbrooke .
