Robert Heinemann

Robert Heinemann (born May 28, 1974 in Hamburg ) is a German CDU politician . He was a member of the Hamburg Parliament .

Life

Heinemann made 1993 Abitur at the high school Othmarschen . This was followed by community service at the Ev.-luth. Melanchthon parish in Groß Flottbek and from 1995 to 1997 trained as a banker at Dresdner Bank AG. He then works in private and corporate banking. At the same time, he studied business administration at the Fern-Universität Hagen from 1993 to 1999 and graduated with a degree in business administration . From 1999 he was Head of Public Relations at ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG and from 2006 to 2013 Director Corporate Communications. From 2014 to 2016, as Senior Director, he was responsible for center management in ECE's core markets. Since 2017 he has been the managing director responsible for HR & Corporate Services.

From 1997 to 2000 he was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Council . Melanchthon parish as well as deputy chairman of the executive committee of the parish association Altona . From 2002 to 2006 he was honorary managing director of the “Lebendiger Jungfernstieg eV” association, which initiated and implemented the renovation of the Hamburg Jungfernstieg. From 2004 to 2011 he was a member of the advisory board of the State Center for Civic Education Hamburg , and since 2008 as its chairman. Since 2004 he has been a board member of the “Lebendige Stadt” foundation.

He is married, has a daughter and two sons and lives in Hamburg-Ottensen .

Heinemann has been a member of the CDU since 1990. 1992 to 1993 he was regional chairman of the student union . Between 1992 and 1999 he was a member of various committees of the district assembly in Hamburg-Altona and from 2001 to 2004 a district representative. There he was budget spokesman and member of the parliamentary group's executive committee. From 1993 to 2001 he was also a member of the deputation of the school authorities, since 1998 as spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group.

From March 17, 2004 to March 2, 2015 he was a member of the Hamburg Parliament . From 2004 to 2008 he was the school policy spokesman and from 2006 to 2007 he was also the chairman of his parliamentary group in the study commission on the consequences of the PISA results. In both functions he played a key role in developing the new Hamburg district school . After the 2008 election , he withdrew from education policy due to the coalition agreement on primary schools and was initially involved as a district policy spokesman, from 2009 to 2011 as constitutional policy spokesman. After the referendum on primary school in the summer of 2010, he successfully called for a new school policy course for the Hamburg CDU and became chairman of the Hamburg CDU's education committee. In the state election on February 20, 2011 , he moved back into the state as a direct candidate in the Altona constituency . In April 2011 he was appointed spokesman for school policy for his parliamentary group and was elected to the group's executive committee. He retired from both positions at the end of May 2013 for professional reasons. For the same reason, he did not run again in the February 2015 citizenship elections.
