Robertas Javtokas (born March 20, 1980 in Šiauliai , Lithuanian SSR , Soviet Union ) is a basketball player from Lithuania.
Javtokas began his professional career at KK Šiauliai in Lithuania, where he signed his first professional contract in 1997. In 1999 Javtokas moved to the University of Arizona before moving to BC Lietuvos Rytas in Lithuania in January 2000 . In the following years the 2.10 m center established itself with his club and was able to collect a number of titles and awards. These include three Lithuanian championships and a ULEB Cup . In the summer of 2001 Javtokas was selected by the San Antonio Spurs in 56th place in the NBA draft . In 2006 he moved to the Greek club Panathinaikos Athens , where he achieved the triple in 2007 . In the 2010/11 season Javtokas was under contract with Valencia Basket Club before returning to Lithuania and signing with Žalgiris Kaunas .
Robertas Javtokas is an integral part of the Lithuanian national team and took part with this in the European Championships in 2001 and 2005 and in the Olympic Games in 2004 and 2008.
