Robin Stegmar

Robin Stegmar (* 8. November 1974 in Lund as Dan Robin Brezina ) is a Swedish actor .

Life

Stegmar grew up in southern Sweden and moved to Nynäshamn with his family at an early age . From there he attended schools in Stockholm. During this time he met the future actor Göran Gillinger . The respective career can also be pursued in parallel. So they played in the first few years of their careers in the television series En fyra för tre . Since then, he has been friends with Gillinger for several years. They both celebrate an annual Christmas party in Nyköping , where Stegmar has lived with a large part of his family for years. During his time at the drama school, the Teaterhögskolan in Stockholm , which he attended from 1999 to 2003, he was a waiter in a family restaurant in Nyköping.

During his acting career, Stegmar is known more for his theater roles than for his often nameless supporting characters in major Swedish film productions. Since the mid- 90s he has been on more stages than in front of cameras. Including well-known works by Shakespeare , modern works and also controversial works. In addition to his engagement, he played the summer games there every summer in his home in Nyköping .

He is currently represented by the Swedish Actors Agency .
