Rod Morgenstein

Rod Morgenstein (born April 19, 1953 in New York ) is an American drummer and music teacher . He was best known as the musician of the heavy metal band Winger and the jazz fusion band Dixie Dregs . He also played with Fiona , Platypus, and The Jelly Jam .

He also worked with Jordan Rudess .

He is Professor Emeritus of Percussion at Berklee College in Boston .

Rod Morgenstein is still touring Europe and the US with his band Winger . He plays his drums "left-handed" d. H. The structure is a mirror image of a standard drum kit. He is ranked 18th in the list of the greatest drummers of all time by the music magazine Rolling Stone .
