Roland Mikler (born September 20, 1984 in Dunaújváros ) is a Hungarian handball goalkeeper .

The 1.94 meter tall and 102 kilogram goalkeeper was under contract with Dunaferr SE . With Dunaferr he played in the EHF Cup (seasons 2002/2003 to 2007/2008, 2009/2010) and in the European Cup Winners' Cup (2001/2002, 2008/2009). From 2010 he played for Pick Szeged with which he 2014 the EHF European Cup won. For the 2014/15 season he moved to the series champion Telekom Veszprém . With Veszprém, he won both the championship and the Hungarian Cup in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019. He returned to Pick Szeged in summer 2019.

Since 2004, Roland Mikler has played 200 international matches for the Hungarian national team (as of January 2020); he was in Hungary's squad for the 2010 and 2014 European handball championships . In summer 2012 he took part in the Olympic Games in London .
