Roland Wanitschka

Roland Wanitschka (born March 27, 1959 in Ruhla ) is a German poet and politician ( DKP ).

Life

Roland Wanitschka grew up in his hometown Ruhla. When the member of the main board of the ÖTV brought a six-member Kurdish family threatened with deportation across the border to Denmark, he was jailed for 30 days there in 1997 for people smuggling . His termination without notice as chairman of the staff council of the Eisenach city administration did not stand before the Meiningen administrative court .

In 1999 he moved about the country's list of the PDS in the Thuringian state parliament after which he until the end of the legislative period belonged in the same year.

Wanitschka has a daughter and lives in Eisenach.
