Roman Lampl

Roman Lampl (born March 29, 1900 in Eurastetten , Upper Bavaria ; † April 17, 1965 in Munich ) was a German farmer , administrative officer and politician ( Bavaria party ).

Life

After attending secondary school, Lampl first worked in agriculture. He then completed his studies at the Weihenstephan Agriculture Academy and at the universities in Munich and Leipzig . He then went back to practical work and also worked as an agricultural consultant. Later, as an agricultural councilor, he became head of the agricultural office in Starnberg . From March 1955 to December 1962 he took over the management of the Bavarian Institute for Plant Cultivation and Plant Protection as Government Director.

Lampl had been a member of the Bavarian Party since 1948. He had been a member of the German Bundestag since November 10, 1950, when he replaced the late MP Ernst Falkner on the Bavarian State List . From December 14, 1951 he was a member of the Federal Union parliamentary group . When the Bavarian party failed to pass the five percent hurdle in the 1953 Bundestag election , he left parliament.
