Rommel Pacheco Agmed Manrufo (* 12. July 1986 in Mérida ) is a Mexican diver . He starts in the 10 m tower and synchronized jumping. His dubbing partner was Fernando Platas . Pacheco used to jump in jumping too.

Pacheco has participated in two Olympic Games so far . In 2004 in Athens he reached the finals from the 3-meter board and the 10-meter tower and was both tenth. In 2008 in Beijing he only competed in diving, he reached the final again and finished eighth.

At FINA World Championships Pacheco took the first part of 2003. In 2003 in Barcelona , 2005 in Montreal and 2007 in Melbourne he reached the finals from the tower and ended up in fifth, fourth and sixth. In 2009 in Rome he missed the final. Pacheco is particularly successful at Pan American Games. In 2003 in Santo Domingo he won gold from the tower and silver with platas in the 10 m synchronized jumping, 2007 in Rio de Janeiro and 2011 in Guadalajara both silver from the tower.
