Roy Thompson

Roy E. Thompson (born August 6, 1933 in Kensington , Saint Elizabeth Parish ) is a retired Jamaican police officer . From 1991 to 1993 he was the police commissioner of the country.

Act

Thompson retired after 41 years and two months of police service in the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF). On October 20, 2000 he was named Custos rotulorum for the Portland Parish . In 2013 he resigned from this position for health reasons.
