Shane Royce works for the CIA as a member of the Black Hole unit . At first we see him freeing hostages in Sarajevo. When his unit is dissolved, its members want to take revenge on the responsible decision maker, a US Senator. Whoever does not want to participate is shot - Shane survives an attack.
The former agents kidnap his son to extort a ransom. Agent Royce follows the kidnappers to Ukraine. There they want to steal nuclear warheads that are to be transferred to Russia and sell them to drug dealers. Royce can free the son and secure the nuclear weapons. In the end, Royce gets his agent job again.
