Rudolf Bauer (athlete)
Rezső (Rudolf) Bauer (born January 2, 1879 in Budapest , † November 9, 1932 in Sósér ) was a Hungarian athlete .
His greatest success was winning the gold medal in the discus throw at the 1900 Olympic Games in Paris. The winning distance was 36.04 meters, a new Olympic record.
