Rudolf Braesicke

Rudolf Braesicke (* 8. June 1841 in Heinrichsfelde Lithuanian (1920-1939: Andruliai, Circle Heydekrug) in the Official (Kaukehmen Kuckerneese) , county lowlands / Elchniederung , † 1920) was landowner and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Braesicke attended secondary school in Tilsit , then the old town high school in Königsberg . In the summer semester of 1862 he studied at the Albertus University of Königsberg and, together with his younger brother Hugo, became a member of the Germania Königsberg fraternity in 1862 .

From October 1865 he was the landowner of Eszeruppen (from 1936: Escheruppen, no longer exists today) in the parish of Willuhnen . From 1877 to 1885 and from 1890 to 1896 he was a member of the district committee, member of the district assembly and the district and provincial synod. From 1883 he was chairman of the agricultural district association Pillkallen .

From 1898 to 1903 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the Reichstag electoral district Gumbinnen 1 and the Liberal People's Party .
