Rudolf Markschläger

Rudolf Markschläger (born November 26, 1890 in Vienna , † November 11, 1982 in Altmünster , Upper Austria ) was an Austrian politician of the Christian Social Party (CSP).

education and profession

After attending elementary and community school , he attended the Linz Salesianum Teacher Training College . He graduated from high school in 1909. He worked as an intern at a carpet company and later as a provisional elementary school teacher in Gosau , Altmünster , Vorchdorf , Gmunden and Bad Ischl . In 1911 he became a permanent teacher in Ebensee , in 1913 senior teacher at the elementary school in Altmünster, and later a secondary school teacher for German , geography and history in Linz and Perg . In 1938 he worked as a district school inspector for the Vöcklabruck district (provisional since 1935), but was decommissioned that same year in 1938. Then he was an administrative assistant at the district school board in Gmunden. In 1945 he took over the management of a district school inspector for the school district of Gmunden. From 1946 to 1955 he was district school inspector for the Vöcklabruck district.
