Rudolph Wichmann (born August 19, 1826 in Berlin ; † January 3, 1900 in Nahmgeist ) was the owner of the manor and a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Wichmann attended the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Gymnasium in Berlin and then studied in Berlin, Heidelberg and at the agricultural academy in Möglin . In 1852 he bought his manor Nahmgeist near Reichenbach in East Prussia and farmed there. There he was district deputy, member of the district committee and head of office. From 1877 to 1893 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the Reichstag electoral district of Königsberg 7th district and the German Conservative Party .
