Reichstag constituency district of Königsberg 7
The Reichstag constituency administrative district Königsberg 7 (constituency 7; constituency Mohrungen-Preußisch Holland ) was a constituency for the Reichstag elections in the German Empire and in the North German Confederation from 1867 to 1918.

The constituency comprised the district of Mohrungen and the district of Prussian Holland in the province of East Prussia .

Substitute election 1905
After Adolf zu Dohna-Schlodien's death, a replacement election took place on November 2, 1905. Conservatives and BlD agreed on a candidate from the BdL who agreed to join the conservative parliamentary group after the election. There was only one ballot. The number of eligible voters was 17,834 and the number of votes cast 9941, of which 39 were invalid. The turnout was 55.7%.
