The constituency of the German Reich.

The Reichstag constituency province of East Prussia - administrative district Königsberg 5 (constituency 5; constituency Heiligenbeil-Preußisch Eylau ) was a constituency for the Reichstag elections in the German Empire and in the North German Confederation from 1867 to 1918.

Constituency layout

The constituency comprised the district of Heiligenbeil and the district of Preußisch Eylau .
