The constituency of the German Reich.

The Reichstag constituency province of East Prussia - Gumbinnen 5 administrative district (constituency 15; constituency Angerburg-Lötzen ) was a constituency for the Reichstag elections in the German Reich and in the North German Confederation from 1867 to 1918.

Constituency layout

The constituency comprised the district of Angerburg without the rural communities Altgurren , Neugurren and the manor district Gurren, the district Lötzen and from the district Darkehmen the Krug Skallischen the municipality Skallischen and the manorial district Broszaitschen .

1893

The BdL nominated the domain tenant Stein as a candidate. In order not to endanger the cooperation between the conservatives and the agrarians, Stein then rejected the candidacy and the BdL supported Staudy. There was a ballot. The number of eligible voters was 14,967 and the number of votes cast 11,117, of which 17 were invalid. The turnout was 74.7%.
