The constituency of the German Reich.

The Reichstag constituency province West Prussia - administrative district Gumbinnen 3 (constituency 13; constituency Gumbinnen-Insterburg ) was a constituency for the Reichstag elections in the German Reich and the North German Confederation from 1867 to 1918.

Constituency layout

The constituency comprised the district of Gumbinnen without the rural community of Grünheide , the urban district of Insterburg and the district of Insterburg .
