The constituency of the German Reich.

The Reichstag constituency, East Prussia Province - Königsberg 2 administrative district (constituency 2; constituency Labiau-Wehlau ) was a constituency for the Reichstag elections in the German Empire and the North German Confederation from 1867 to 1918.

Constituency layout

The constituency included the district of Labiau without the estate districts of Julienhöhe and Willmanns and the district of Wehlau .

Replacement election 1910

After the death of Arendt there was a replacement election. The BdL supported the conservative candidate, the NLP the liberal candidate. Two ballots took place in the replacement election on December 2, 1910. The number of votes cast in the first ballot was 16,498 of which 55 were invalid. The turnout was 83.3%.
