Leberecht Arendt

Karl August Fürchtegott Leberecht Arendt (born August 22, 1837 in Groß Krebs ; † October 2, 1910 in Berlin ) was a civil servant, domain tenant and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Arendt attended the Löbenichtsche Realgymnasium in Königsberg and completed an agricultural apprenticeship. From 1862 to 1883 he was landowner in Langallen , county Ragnit , since 1884 Royal leaseholders and bailiff in clamping Egeln , district Labiau. From 1889 he was also head of office, district committee member, district taxator and agricultural expert. From April 1, 1860 to April 1, 1861 he was a one-year volunteer with the Crown Prince Grenadier Regiment in Königsberg and, in 1866 and 1870/71, NCO or Vice Sergeant in the Reserve.

From 1898 to 1908 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives and from 1907 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Reichstag electoral district of Königsberg 2 ) and the German Conservative Party .
