Ijulskoje ( Russian Июльское , German  Julienhöhe and Fischer-Taktau ) is a place in the Russian Oblast of Kaliningrad . It belongs to the local government unit Stadtkreis Polessk in Polessky District . The local office Fischer-Taktau (apparently) belongs to Kamenka (Steinau) . The Willmanns local office also belongs to Ijulskoje.

Geographical location

Ijulskoje is nine kilometers northwest of the city of Polessk (Labiau) on the south bank of the Curonian Lagoon and can be reached via a side road from Slavyanskoje (Pronitten) . Slavyanskoye is also the nearest train station on the Kaliningrad – Sovetsk railway line (Königsberg – Tilsit) .

history

Julienhöhe

Julienhöhe was formed on April 8, 1861 on the site of the Schindelmeiser dismantling . It was an estate with a pumping station that belonged to the Königsberg district (Prussia) until June 30, 1891 and to the Brandt district until June 28, 1892 (today in Russian: Salivnoje), until it was then included in the Labiau district and in the administrative district Lablacken (today Russian: Nikitowka) was incorporated, whereby it always belonged to the administrative district of Königsberg in the Prussian province of East Prussia . In 1910 the Julienhöhe manor had 40 inhabitants. On September 30, 1928, Julienhöhe was added to the rural community of Willmanns (see below).

Fischer-Taktau

Fischer Taktau temporarily even called Taktau, with the addition Fischer southeast, to distinguish it from three kilometers Hunter Taktau was a good, sometimes even a Vorwerk , on Kurischem Haff, which also includes a pumping station at the Taktauschen Bek was connected .

With the introduction of the districts in 1874 it became an independent Well the District Lablacken in county Labiau assigned. In 1883 it belonged as a Vorwerk to the manor district of Adlig Pareyken in the district of Legitten . As a result, it came to the Lablacken estate as a Vorwerk, before it was again assigned to the Lablacken district as an independent estate in 1915. On September 30, 1928, Fischer-Taktau was incorporated into the rural community of Kampken .

Willmanns

Willmanns was an estate one kilometer northwest of Julienhöhe on a headland directly on the Curonian Lagoon . Since the introduction of the districts in 1874, its administrative history has been the same as that of Julienhöhe (see above). In 1910 the Willmanns estate had 39 inhabitants. In 1928 (essentially) the manor districts Julienhöhe and Willmanns were merged to form the new rural community Willmanns.

Ijulskoje

As places within northern East Prussia , Julienhöhe, Fischer-Taktau and Willmanns came to the Soviet Union in 1945 as a result of the Second World War . In 1947 Julienhöhe and Fischer-Taktau were combined under the Russian name Ijulskoje and this place was assigned to the village soviet Slawjanski selski Sowet in Polessk Raion .

Since Fischer-Taktau was almost five kilometers east of Julienhöhe, and the place Uschakowka (Damm, Kampken and Kampkenhöfen) was formed in between, it appears to be questionable whether Fischer-Taktau was really identified with Ijulskoje on site. It seems reasonable to assume that Fischer-Taktau was confused with Willmanns, which, according to the map, is now part of Ijulskoje. On a map from the 1970s, the location of Fischer-Taktau was marked as abandoned. In the meantime the local office has been settled again and, according to the map, belongs to Kamenka .

From 2008 to 2016 Ijulskoje belonged to the rural municipality of Turgenevskoje selskoje posselenije and since then to the urban district of Polessk.

church

Before 1945 the population in Julienhöhe, Willmanns and Fischer-Taktau was almost without exception Protestant . However, their church affiliation was inconsistent: Julienhöhe and Willmanns were parish in the parish of the Postnicken church (today Russian: Salivnoe), while Fischer-Taktau belonged to the parish of the Groß Legitten church (Russian: Turgenwo). Was the post nod church district Königsberg Country II assigned United Legitten was in the church district Labiau incorporated. Both church districts were part of the church province of East Prussia of the Church of the Old Prussian Union .

Today Ijulskoje is located in the catchment area of the Turgenewo Church , to which an Evangelical Lutheran congregation that was founded in the 1990s belongs. It is a subsidiary of the Church of the Resurrection in Kaliningrad (Königsberg) within the Kaliningrad provost of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of European Russia .
