Labagien (Haffwinkel)

The village once called Labagienen was incorporated into the newly established Reikeninken District (1938–1945 Reiken , now Russian: Podsobny) in 1874, which until 1945 belonged to the Labiau district in the Königsberg district of the Prussian province of East Prussia .

Rinderort / Otkrytoje

The two north-west adjoining Labagienen fishing and farming villages Old Rinderort and New Rinderort on a sandy spit of land directly on the Curonian Spit belonged since 1818 to the newly formed district Labiau and there to Domänenamt Labiau . In 1832 there were 148 residents in Alt Rinderort and 98 residents in Neu Rinderort. In 1874, the rural communities Old Rinderort and New Rinderort were in the newly built office district Reikeninken classified. In 1910 the population of Alt Rinderort and Neu Rinderort was 274 and 240, respectively. On September 30, 1928, the rural communities of Alt Rinderort and Neu Rinderort and the forest protection district of Grünwalde were combined to form the new rural community of Rinderort. Their population was 601 in 1933 and rose to 673 by 1939.

In 1945 Rinderort came to the Soviet Union with the other places in northern East Prussia . In 1947 the place was renamed Okrytoje and at the same time assigned to the village soviet Mordowski selski Sowet, later called Tjuleninski selski Sowet , in Polessk Raion . Later the place came into the Golowkinski selski Sowet .
