Georg Frommer

Georg Frommer (born September 29, 1862 in Gunten, Reddenau parish , Preußisch-Eylau district, † November 15, 1940 at Weskeim manor ) was the manor owner and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Frommer attended the secondary school in Elbing and was a businessman in Elbing and Berlin . He stayed in England for several years to study trade and agriculture. Then he took over long-term administration of East Prussian estates and from 1901 he was the owner of Sodehnen in the Preussisch-Eylau district. He was captain of the Landwehr I, head of office, district council member and member of the district committee Pr.-Eylau . Frommer was the holder of the first class military service award .

From 1912 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the Reichstag constituency administrative region Königsberg 5 (Heiligenbeil-Preußisch Eylau) and the German Conservative Party .
