Rudolphital is a residential area in the Sanne district of the Hassel municipality in the Stendal district in Saxony-Anhalt .

geography

The Rudolphital residential area is located between Arneburg and Sanne in the Altmark . To the east of the village is a forest area with the extensive natural monument Jungfernberge.

history

The place is first listed in statistics from 1868 with the name Rudolphi's Thal . From 1871 the name Abbau was Rudolphithal , 1931 and 1957 Rudolphithal , from 1970 until today the place is called Rudolphital .

politics

The residents of Rudolphital have been represented in the municipal council of Hassel since the municipal council election on May 26, 2019 with a seat of the Rudolphital voter community for sport and tourism.

The Schimmel- und Scheckenhof Tannhäuser in Rudolphital is a sideline farm of the Tannhäuser family, who have been breeding the Lewitzer Schecke pony breed for over 30 years . Riding lessons are given on the farm. Carriage and chariot rides are carried out and riding holidays are organized.

The equestrian and tourism association Rudolphital eV, founded in November 2008, has set itself the task of introducing young people to horse show sport in a playful way.
