In the Olympic discipline of rugby, the RK Heusenstamm is also represented at the national level at the German championships. Due to the uncertain sources, unfortunately not all years are listed.

In 2007 the Füchse reached place 4 after losing the playoff against SC Neuenheim with 26: 5. In 2009 Heusenstamm hosted the German seven-man championship himself and promptly advanced to the finals. There you had to admit defeat to the RG Heidelberg with 31:19 in front of the home crowd . In addition to the first team, RK Heusenstamm also provided a second team at this tournament, which, curiously, was placed in the same group as the first in the group phase. The direct encounter in the group stage was decided by the first team with a sovereign score of 77: 0. The second team took last place in those championships.

A year later, in 2010, the RK Heusenstamm took seventh place in the German championship. A total of 16 teams took part in the competition. From 2013 there is only one announcement letter left, the results of the German championship no longer, this took place again in Heusenstamm. On July 25th and 26th, 2015, the RKH hosted the German championship in Heusenstamm, results of which have not been recorded either.

At the German championship of the sevens rugby in 2016, the foxes came 6th out of 14, which again shows how successful work has been done over the years in all rugby disciplines in Heusenstamm. In 2017 the German championship took place in Heidelberg. Heusenstamm achieved 7th place on the premises of RG Heidelberg .

In 2018 the Heusenstammer Füchse were able to compete again in front of a local audience at Heusenstammer Martinsee. Again, the tournament was not without its special features, this time the German national rugby team of seven , the so-called Wolfpack 7's, played in the tournament. Heusenstamm finished the group phase first, but this time they had to admit defeat 25-0 in the game for 5th place against Hannover 78 . The Wolfpack reached second place. In 2019, the RK Heusenstamm took fifth place and is thus continuously in the front midfield of the German championships in rugby seven.
