Rupert Klaus Neuhaus

Rupert Klaus Neuhaus (born August 10, 1944 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a former judge at the Federal Social Court .

Life

After Neuhaus in Kassel had gained the baccalaureate, he studied from 1965 to 1970 jurisprudence at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of Marburg . Studies in ethnology and sociology followed . The clerkship he finished 1978 Oberlandesgerichtsbezirk Frankfurt a. M. He then entered the ordinary jurisdiction as a criminal and juvenile judge at the district courts of Frankenberg and Biedenkopf . In 1979 he entered the social justice system of the State of Hesse . In 1982, he was with the work of the legal prohibition of abuse in today's international law at the University of Marburg doctorate .

Neuhaus was a judge at the State Social Court of Hesse from 1981 to 1984 and from 1984 director of the Social Court in Marburg . Since February 1, 1998, he has worked as a judge at the Federal Social Court. He was a member of the 13th and 5th Senate of the Federal Social Court , which was responsible for pension insurance . From 2006 to the end of June 2009 he was deputy chairman of the 5th Senate. He retired on August 31, 2009.
