Ruperto Cruz Santos (born October 30, 1957 in San Rafael , Bulacan , Philippines ) is Bishop of Balanga .
Life
Ruperto Cruz Santos received the sacrament of ordination for the Archbishopric of Manila on September 26, 1985 through the Archbishop of Manila, Cardinal Sin Jaime Lachica .
On April 1, 2010 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the Bishop of Balanga. The Archbishop of Manila, Cardinal Gaudencio Rosales , donated him episcopal ordination on June 24 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Cebu , Cardinal Ricardo Vidal , and the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Edward Joseph Adams . The inauguration took place on July 8, 2010.
