The Diocese of Balanga ( lat. : Dioecesis Balangensis ) is the Philippines located Roman Catholic diocese based in Balanga City .

The diocese Balanga was on March 17, 1975 by Pope Paul VI. built with the Apostolic Constitution Quoniam ad recte from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of San Fernando and subordinated to this as a suffragan .

It includes the province of Bataan .
