Ruppertshofen is a neighborhood and village town Ilshofen in Schwäbisch Hall of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg .

Ruppertshofen is to the left of the Jagst on the plateau between the deeply cut rivers Jagst and Bühler , which is part of the Hohenlohe plain .

history

Ruppertshofen, formerly also Ruprechtshofen or Ruprechtshausen, was until the beginning of the 19th century to one third part of the imperial city of Hall ( Schwäbisch Hall ) and two thirds to the principality of Hohenlohe-Kirchberg . On January 1, 1973, the municipality of Ruppertshofen became part of the city of Ilshofen .
