RusVelo was a Russian cycling team in women's cycling based in Switzerland . The team received a license from the UCI for the years 2012 to 2014 as a UCI Women's Team .

Team manager was initially Heiko Salzwedel , who was supported by the sporting directors Jochen Dornbusch , Sulfija Sabirowa and Marat Ganejew . On October 1, 2012, Salzwedel was replaced in this role by the former Russian professional Renat Khamidulin .

Hanka Kupfernagel and Olga Sabelinskaja were introduced as prominent drivers for this team .

The RusVelo project also includes a men's team of the same name with the status of Professional Continental Team and a track team with the status of UCI Track Team .
