Ruxandra Dragomir Ilie , née Ruxandra Dragomir , (born October 24, 1972 in Piteşti , Argeş County ) is a former Romanian tennis player and sports official .

Between 1990 and 2001 Ruxandra Dragomir won nine tournaments on the WTA Tour (four of which were singles) and 15 ITF tournaments (seven in singles). She reached her highest world ranking position in August 1997 with 15th place. Her best performance at a Grand Slam tournament was achieved in Melbourne, where she was in the quarter-finals of the Australian Open in 1997 and 1998 .

In early 2001 she married Florent Ilie. After a long break (among other things because of an ankle injury and the birth of her first of two children) she only played a few tournaments from 2003 onwards.

Dragomir also played for the Fed Cup and the Olympic teams of Romania. She later was the captain of the Romanian Fed Cup team .

From February 23, 2009 to February 22, 2013 she was President of the Federația Română de Tenis .
