Ryan Eggold
Ryan James Eggold (born August 10, 1984 in Long Beach , California ) is an American actor . He was best known for his role as Ryan Matthews in the television series 90210 from 2008 .
Life
Eggold was born in southern California. He attended Santa Margarita Catholic High School and studied acting at the University of Southern California in 2005 .
He began his acting career in 2006 in an episode of the series Related . This was followed by appearances in Brothers & Sisters , Veronica Mars , Family Quarrel de Luxe and Entourage , before he played Ryan Matthews in The-CW series 90210 from 2008 . In this role he was seen for three seasons until 2011. In 2009 he had a guest role in Tara's Worlds . In 2012 he played the lead role of Adam Hunt in Mark Edwin Robinson's romantic drama thriller I Will Follow You into the Dark . From 2013 to 2018 he played Tom Keen in the US television series The Blacklist and in 2017 in its spin-off The Blacklist: Redemption . Since 2018 he has played a leading role in the NBC series New Amsterdam .
