Saxon brass band association
The Saxon Brass Music Association e. V. was founded in Leipzig in 1990 and, together with its youth organization, Bläserjugend Sachsen e. V. , around 10,000 members in member associations, wind bands and other ensembles. There are cooperation agreements with the state fire brigade association and the Saxon state association of miners, huts and miners' associations. V.
Thomas Firmenich is the president, Robin Kürschner has been the regional music director since May 2019 and Gaston Sabrowski is the chairman of the young wind instruments. The Saxon Brass Music Association e. V. has around 60 member clubs. The office is located in Frankenberg / Sa.
