The Volksmusikerbund NRW ( VMB NRW ) is the state music association for wind orchestras, marching bands and fanfare trains in North Rhine-Westphalia .

structure

The regional association has its office in Havixbeck , North Rhine-Westphalia .

The 22 district associations are divided under him:

The Volksmusikerbund NRW maintains two selected orchestras: the State Brass Orchestra NRW and the State Musicians Corps NRW.

As member associations, there are numerous wind orchestras , marching bands , fanfares and other forms of ensemble, some of which can look back on a long tradition.

The Volksmusikerbund NRW has numerous tasks:

Memberships

The Volksmusikerbund NRW is a member of the State Music Council of North Rhine-Westphalia and at the federal level a member of the Federal Association of German Music Associations (BDMV).
