Sérgio Aparecido Colombo (born August 29, 1954 in Cajobi , State of São Paulo , Brazil ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman and bishop of Bragança Paulista .

Life

Sérgio Aparecido Colombo received on 6 August 1980, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 10 October 2001 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Pudentiana and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in Sao Carlos . The Bishop of Limeira , Ercílio Turco , donated him episcopal ordination on January 6, 2002 ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of São Carlos , Joviano de Lima Júnior SSS , and the Bishop of São Miguel Paulista , Fernando Legal SDB . The inauguration took place on February 1, 2002.

On December 3, 2003, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Paranavaí . The inauguration took place on February 1, 2004. Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on September 16, 2009 Bishop of Bragança Paulista.
