Sønder Bjert Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the south bank of the Koldingfjord in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Nørre Tyrstrup Herred in what was then Vejle Amt , then to Kolding Municipality in the expanded Vejle Amt , which was merged into the "new" Kolding municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

2658 inhabitants live in the parish, including 2009 in the parish village (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Sønder Bjert Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are Sønder Stenderup Sogn in the east, Vejstrup Sogn in the south and Dalby Sogn in the west .
